President Barack H. Obama History & Hope

On Tuesday, January 20th, 2009 at 12:05pm EST Barack Obama became the 44th President of the United States of America and the 1st African American President ever! Catch the Event City coverage at our Event City Creative Magazine.

All of us at the Event City Network, Event City Emporium and the Internet Organization are looking forward to the new administration of President Obama.

We are so thrilled to be able to live to see the dream of Martin Luther King come to pass. To see the Millions on site who witnessed this historic event. To listen to his eloquent but tough speech to the country and to the world, and to realize how he and his Cabinet will be rolling up their sleeves as soon as first thing tomorrow morning to get to the job at hand – CHANGE.

We will be there right along side our new President to do whatever we can do to help with our dream for Hope and the challenge of Change.

  1. i don’t doubt that Obama will be a vast improvement for the U.S. and the rest of the world. Nicely written.

  2. Thank you! We most definitely agree that Obama will be an incredible improvement, but that’s not difficult to achieve. What is the task at hand that will be most difficult for him and us is to improve our economy and the overall condition of our country. The entire world is looking on to see what Obama will do, but it is not just his responsibility, it is all of ours!!

Thank you so much for your comments, please keep them coming.

  3. I have enjoyed cruisin around your websites, very nice stuff. I am not a planner but I use to work in the ‘boxing’ industry and now work in Entertainmnt. What brought me here was a search for obama inauguration, but really glad what I found. I did want to mention that I wrote another entry elsewhere on your site, I meant to leave it here,, it is about the Obama being our new president. How would I move it? Also, can we blog on your site too? Thank you for your site.

  4. This is an exciting time for us no matter who we are. As an event planner I meeting many different people and plan many different types of events. Our business has been effected in a very gi way by the economy. Do you think having Obama as our President will make a difference in our industry?
I am also wondering about the opportunities that might be here at your company? I read in other areas of your website that your company is a Startup, I would like to see what positions you might have open, both paid and unpaid.

    Thank You.

  5. Great to be here and read about the Production and Events industry. I like your In2Production area too. That looks like it will be a very big hit with people like me that produce events and work on movies and tv shows. But wat you reported on Barrack our new President is the highlight. I like your views on all three locations I have found so far on your websites. tu Jon V
